Bring:  Bible, pen, sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothes, shoes you don’t mind hiking in, winter jacket just in case.

Please DON'T bring: Personal music devices or other electronic devices. If you want to bring your phone for emergencies it and we will put away for the majority of the weekend. This is a time to unplug - and connect with God your peers.

We make safety a high priority. With any activity, there assumes a risk. Please read and sign the following liability waiver. (Printing your full name below will be proof of signature) I give my child permission to attend this Meadows Christian Fellowship (MCF) Activity. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency I give permission to the adult leadership of MCF Youth Group to have an authorized doctor or medical professional hospitalize or administer medical aid and treatments, and order injections and or anesthesia if they believe an emergency exists. I agree to not hold MCF, Converge MidAmerica, or the leaders responsible if an accident should occur.
